GUATEMALA

For multiple years, One World One Vision has teamed with The International Project Esperanza to bring Ophthalmic Surgical care to provide much needed care and treatment for affected patients in Guatemala.  We joined an experienced multi-specialty team of volunteers including general surgeons, dentists, and oculoplastic surgeons. The week long trips took place in Patzun, Guatemala at the Clinica Corpus Christi. 

 

Patzun is a charming town in the Chimaltenango Department located a two hour drive from Guatemala City and situated 7,000 feet above the plains. We are planning to return in the future.
